Bookings, Cancellations & Payment
We take bookings via text, email, or phone call, however, no booking is confirmed unless we have replied or spoken to you directly.
Please confirm your regular visits or walks by Saturday for the following week. For holiday or ad-hoc bookings please book as far ahead as possible.
If you need to cancel walks please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your space to anyone else wishing to book.
If you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel a booked walk then it must still be paid for.
Upon confirmation of booking, payment is required within 7 days of receipt of invoice or by the date specified on the invoice, payment will be accepted via cash or bank transfer.
You are free to stop using our services at any time, we keep your details on file for 3 years, if no further contact has been made the files are securely destroyed.
